Seems the top 7 teams in the PL at least have 3 very quick wingers playing week in, week out. We have none?! We're just lacking pace all around the field. Except for Torres of course but there wasn't any support, considering we play 2 defensive midfielders, quick players like, Young, Walcott, Valencia, Bellamy, etc in any team would past our players with no sweat? :-/

We have the worst central midfield since Souness was in charge

There is no composed passer of ilk of a Redknapp, Hamann, McAllister, Alonso... or even Murphy... in central mid.

No team can get away with a pi'sspoor central midfield that contains lucas and expect to be competitive.

Thats 16 losses of which he has been at the heart of midfield. United fans love lucas being in our team the same way we did Djemba Djemba in theirs.

Hes atrocious... 83 minutes playing time he stole today

what did Lucas do that annoyed you in particular?

He never adds anything attacking or defensive wise to the game, he'l get the ball and give it again to a player to his left or right, its rare that he would give a ball to a player to create a chance or to even influence a play. Do ya not think?

I really can't believe how bad this season has been to lose 10 games in the league is unbelievable.We have some world class player in:

Reina
Mascha
Gerrard
Torres

but also some very average players who wouldn't look out of place in the Stoke team in

Kuyt
Maxi
Isua
lucas

me, the endless excuses for why we dont win games/leagues/trophies/miss world/lottery are tiresome.

Lucas plays how is told to by Rafa, he has quality in him, we saw glimpses of that against portsmouth. Rafa sets up the team, the players try and play that way, when it doesnt work we dont have a backup plan.

tactics, poor player performances, lack of ideas and just general rubbish.

today, we have been :censored:

all season bar one or two oddities.

Utd were better as have been the majority of sides that have spanked us this season.

We deserve everything we get tbh.

idea............500million and a new manager/owners/stadium etc etc................but that isnt gonna happen in the next 5+ years imo.

If we all thought the last 20 years ( :censored:

you palace for beating us in that FA cup semi final......the beginning of the rot ) were poor, then the next few years are gonna be painfull.

I dont think Johnson will ever look at £15m player. Gets done FAR too often for me
