Liverpool Football Club - Games

apart from the goal we were negative and poor. we only had 1 shot on target and that says everything really.

i hope Chelsea go on a winning streak and remain unbeaten for the remaining games they have.
any idea if the scums are yet to play any top 10 sides that could take points off them?

Oh well that is 4th spot gone, not that we were ever really in the hunt for it.

Season has been over for a long long while. Better make the most of the europa cup this season as unless we win it there will be no euro footy for us next season. Next season is gonna be a real :censored: for us. No investment, no money, want away players...........its gonna really test our mettle.

The management farce will no doubt continue to suck the life out of this club

Most of the games have to be Rafa fault .... Questions is why does he like to play Lucas ...

who knows, he didn't play bad today, but he's not very good in general. It's really depressing to see that we have replaced Alonso with Lucas... :(

Deserved win unfortunately. 1 shot on goal  and nothing in the 2nd half even though we were chasing the game.

Still created more when Lucas and Kuyt was gone.

I think Aqua should have started, Rafa has to play him he gives the team everything that it is lacking it was noticeable even when the team wasn't moving he gave it the little spark that it didn't have.  And Torres.. how did he completely miss that opportunity to score I couldn't believe it. :(

Anyway we played okay, deserved better imo.  Pen shouldn't have been given and we didn't get any decisions really.  Oh well.

Forget 4th place ... we are lucky if we got 7th place ..

You have to remember that Man City and Tottenham have a harder run in, I don't think it is over but the chance for it just got much slimmer.  We have to win every single game imo to have a solid chance, if we slip up again it'll be almost impossible though.  I still haven't given up on it, yet..

I don't buy the Aqua isn't ready for this type of game thing anymore he's a grown man and has played footy all his life.  Plus he looks pretty damn close if not already 100% fit.

Man U have to play Chelsea at OT dont they?
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Almost a third.  Sure we want fourth, but there's no way we deserve it.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

Never likely to do anything today the way the campaign has gone. To be honest I thought they where ordinary but didnt have to hit top form to win.Just negativity killed us again.Utd play against defensive formations every other week at home and know eactly how to break it down and are geared up to do exactly that. They also win against it every other week.I am not suggesting playing 3 at the back but you have to push them back and insert some pressure to have a chance but we just didnt. The outcome was all to predictable which is a shame as I would rather see us have a go and lose than just sit back and take it like we did.

Tevez just scored for City

Looks like city will get 3 points
Spurs got 3 points
Villa got 1 point

We got 0

And they all have games in hand on us
