I have a suspicion we won't see Torres starting tomorrow. Rafa may want to stick largely with a team that has played together for over 12 months, in order that we may get off to a flying start, rather than waiting for the new fellows to bed in. I have a feeling this will be our lineup:

Yes i was thinking the same as that to be honest, Kewell pisses me of to be honest he is one lazy . 

I would rather see Babel who will work hard for the team

That is another thing. F#cking fed up of us tailoring our team to match others. They're Aston Villa, for f#cks sake. We don't need to "match" them... we need to get on the pitch and them.

Tactical guile? Genius? You don't need it against anyone but the other top three away and in European competition. It is time Rafa stopped out-thinking the likes of Allardyce, O'Neill and Southgate and just gets the team on the pitch and tell them to do their thing.

yeah i agree but on the other side of the coin if we go in all guns blazing and we get nothing from game it will crush our start to season but i dont want to see a 4-4-2 i wanna see attacking 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 .

I also am fed up matching teams away from home we need to play to our players strenghts and stop wasting chances.

If Rafa picked this side with a  4-4-2 in mind do you think they would just naturally play in this kind of style because Babel likes to get forward, Kuyt likes to drop back and Stevie would prefer to stay central or slightly right of central.
