No he was not , his passing was utter sh!te and his tracking back was not the best

Utter :censored:.

The player who gave the ball away the most was Stevie. Xabi sat back with Masch and after the first half an hour did well. Some of his passing was fantastic; sure he gave the ball away but we did not pass well as a team tonight either.

well we were clearly watching 2 different games

Man of the match for me i'd have to say Sami / Skrtel

Sami got us back into this game and Skrtel made countless tackles which a younger sami would have

I am not saying he was our best player, far from it. But he was not awful and did a good job. The lad has had a poor season from what we expect but class is permanent. Xabi deserves a bit of loyalty.

Walcott is lightning.  That kid is rapid.

So was Michael Owen until he :censored: his hamstrings.....

I would surely like to have walcott in our team... I wonder why wenger doesn't play him more often... that kid is good...

Great lad but age is catching up with the Viking.

agree with u on Sami getting slow but to be fair, even Masch could not intercept 1 touch passing from arsenal which is amazing at times. Its just not easy.

crouch played his part... so credit to him where credit is due... but after this showing I'm even less convinced about the crouch/torres partnership... they just go for the same balls most of the time...

Alonso did just ok. Right now Masch's passing could be better. But you are right, he deserves loyalty and i hope he'll be back to his best next season
