All this abuse and criticism towards him is unwarranted within the context of this thread. If you want to slate him for his performances over the course of the season do it the Kuyt thread, not the 'We've just won the f*cking derby' thread.

It's tedious otherwise.

yeah sorry you are right as always, how dare i joke about one of our players/

if you actually read it i never crticise him for yesterdays performance

:rasp   he actually did ok yesterday apart from his finishing

In the context of this thread your comments on him are unwarranted and not needed, even if he puts in a decent performance which you seem to agree with, the Kuyt Bashers (you being a good example) still find time to slate him to the nth degree.

That's what Kuyt bashing is - even when he puts in a good performance he gets slated every which way, making no mention of the decent or 'ok' performance he put in. How is that balanced?

It isn't, it's unfair and tedious.

who made you the humour police?

in future i will pm all my posts to you for your prior approval, i hope this reaches your fastidious and tedious standard

what started off as a joke has quickly descended into a petty scrap because basically you are a pleb. read the posts in the context they are written and that will save everyone the time of having to read your 'holier than thou' drivel.

kuyt gets bashed mate because simply is is garbage, however his all round play yesterday was better, no balls bouncing of his shin etc. his finishing however was still of the standard not expected from a forward player.

conversation over.

"the guy is garbage and should never pull on the shirt again, some of you talk about him playing out of position, well i am sure if he was good enough in his own position this might not happen.

give him away in the summer, his finishing today was atrocious, yes he works hard blah blah blah but normally practice makes perfect but not in this case"

I am sorry mate, it must be me, I didn't see the joke there. Just the usual unnecessarily critical and out of context shit you regularly post after most wins, let alone the f*cking derby.

"Conversation over" - I bet you the South East wing of your Thai palace you won't be able to keep to that promise.

Edit - I just received a very entertaining PM from Peewee confirming my earlier prognostication, signed off; 'oh, and Kuyt is sh!t'  :D

Manhattan is sick of all this "The Yak" shyt.

That bald idiot Andy Gray called Yakubu "The Yak" on "The Final Word"

Look, the best striker in the world right now is Fernando Torres.

He is not "The Fern" or The Tor"

He has a cool name "EL NINO"

Enough with this "Yak" shyt.

babel- he is cr*p at crossing and does not look up.

Kuyt- is rubbish at hitting the target (as per hi first half chance, he should have hit target at least)

Lucas- Poor game today. he was bad.

Stevie mom probably.

We'll see.

next 10 days will tell the whole story of this season!

spot on mate its not constructive criticism anymore its just a bandwagon that these people jump on
people forget this man is a human being a very good one infact and he recently lost his father, he gives 110% for us FANS everygame and although hes not the best player in the world we should support him and not take pleasure from slagging him off everyday on a forum like these people seem to

he is not even on the same planet as Gerrrard at 20/21

or Vieira at 20/21

or Fabregas - younger than him I believe?

Great players show their quality CONSISTENTLY by age 21 ..he will not ever be as good as the above and that is the level of player we need to get not someone with the odd flashes..they can go to mid table teams.

I have seen enough this season to decide that he is not top 4 quality certainly not in this league at it's frenetic pace.

Maybe he'll prove me wrong but I am 99% confident he won't.

come on mate your saying because hes not as good as gerrard, viera or fabregas (probally 3 of the best midfielders to play in this league) hes no good and we should get rid?
please mate hes a talented young player and we need more like him, if you cant see that you shouldnt be watching football

what? you 10 year old!

I watched every second. Im sorry pal, but when Torres lays a perfect ball off to you first half, then 12 yards out, you have to hit the target . His curler missed second half easily.

Kuyt is cr*p full stop. hard work so what. no impact. he could have been a sub today and made as much impact

Michael Owen any day. 20 a season. he has already scored 9 in a simply awful newcastle side. in the current LFC side with Torres, he will shine once more.

So obvious choice
:eyebrow  :eyebrow

well we seem to know where you're loyalties lie , i bet u cream your pants over woen , and don't forgot owen is being played uin a striker's postion unlike kuyt , he did so well yesterday breaking up plays and was unlucky that his shot just went past the post , so just cos of 1 or 2 misses , we forgot all that he has done the whole game  :no , disgrace that you can call yourself a fan

great. so we will get one good season and three mediocre seasons out of him

 , that cracked me up . About the discussion abt lucas and babel well its simple babel is a good player has the ability to beat players but like i said before he has tow rok on his crossing in the summer , and he has done well for his fisrt season 8 or 9 goals is a good ratio , and also lucas needs time to adapt . Next season we might or might not see an mprovement then we can start judging them

Yeah.......2nd half was a real bore.

Anyway we won......but hate to say it...but we don't have the players to excel in this 4-3-2-1 formation.

1)The bad -

Kuyt and Babel are an embarrassment on the wings. Babel might do a good job on the right  but on the left, the opposition players have found the way to neutralize him (ie...he always tries to bring the ball to his right foot).

As for Kuyt......no comments needed.

Alonso....if barcelona really wants to pay 15 million for him....i say just sell him. Lucas did exactly what alonso did.... and if alonso continues this way...it would be better to sell him.

2)The good  -

Riise has shown that he is our best left back....period. With him on the team, we defend way lot better on the set pieces (although we still look vulnerable in it). I don't care what others say, but riise is a better defender than auerlio. And thats more essential to a left back.

Gerrard - No comments needed...He is great as ever.

Skertel - Has proved that he is indeed a good purchase. He only had 2 bad games since he came here (his 1st match and against manure). Judge him next season...He will be a colossus like vidic for us.

Lucas - Neat player. But he doesn't look like a world beater i thought he would be (with all the hype about him winning player of the year in brazil)

Torres - No comments needed. 1 chance 1 goal.... Can't imagine what will we do if he is injured...

The ugly -
PHILIP NEVILLE.....................     .........  :p Loved it when he grabbed the windbreaker when he was subbed.....

Oh did you watch this game ,or were you with your judy ,doing the the dirty deed again . Your opinion means nothing ." Oh i'm not watching us against the mancs  this weekend ,cos me judy won't let me. "

Your Opinion means sh1t to me too...IGOR  :Oo:

And get a life......

well tbh , so does your opinion matter to anyone else as it prob change after every game of every player . u just follow where the wind blows u are so fickle minded , and prob the biggiest hypocrite . why do i say that? Earliar this season u were bashing babel saying he's :censored: and not the problem to our left wing problems , when he has done better as of late and after the bolton game u were saying wow babel is good , i'm a huge babel fan , then u find another scapegoat whihc is kuyt and start slagging him off ,  :no

fecking bu!! :censored: , fans like you ,

mate people were having a joke until the laugh police came in and got on their pedestals.

lighten up ffs, however the fact remains that kuyt is sh*t and it is a puzzle for everyone without the 'rose tinted all our players are world class' glasses as to why he is picked, it cant be to increase his value for sale
