Well back home from evening shift and turned the telly on to find out when Pool was starting.
First thing up was Robbie Fowler scoring his first for Perth Glory in A-league. I take that as omen we will win today and go upto a 3-0 win

If things aren't going well, look for Pacheco to replace Lucas and Gerrard to take Lucas' spot.

I'm a bit nervous about Lucas as there is a lot of transfer speculation around him atm - hope his head's in it.

Would have prefered Gerrard beside Poulsen and Pacheco in the hole. Jovanovic may create something, but I don't see where the spark from central midfield is going to come from.

Poulsen is a DM and Lucas is well....Lucas. Kuyt needs to sort out his passing and ball control, he is so bad at times it's unreal.

Despite all that we should win comfortably.

I'm sure one of Lucus or Poulsen will be getting foward today. Hopefully Meireles will solve the problem we have had since Alonso was sold. Neither Gerrard or Lucus are the answer.
