Deliberate handball, should've have been a second yellow and off for Rafael.

Would like to see more from Luis, he's made some strange decisons today, not having his best game for us.

Clear as day second yellow there.. The fact that the ref saw it means he absolutely knew what was going on, and you could tell he was very nervous after making that call, as he knew he should have sent him off as well.

First pen that united have had against them at OT since 2011… Telling.

Decent first half. I'd say we were the better team, but it's pretty even. We need to be quicker on the counter and let SAS get a little more involved quickly so they can do what they do. Sturridge wishes he could've done better early, and Suarez needs to get going a bit better as well.

Good stuff so far. We have a massive edge, psychologically and I doubt Moyes is in a position to get United going. Fellani is so out of his depth he's the onfield symbolism for Moyes. His signing sums up United under him.

Sterling has impressed me. He's a lot stronger and more determined than last year and it's showing in his performances.

Barring a moment of brilliance for them, or misfortune for us, we should put this one to bed comfortably.

feisty 1st half with a few meaty challenges, a lot of sliding going on from them and id be surprised if we finish this without someone going.
rafael should have gone for that already.
just a lack of a decent final ball holding us back, hendo playing it very safe and allen not involved. allen for coutinho would be my choice.

Rafael should have been off, we've had no luck whatsoever in big games this season, Mirallas's tackle on Suarez in the derby, Sterling's offside against city, Eto'o 's tackle on Hendo against Chelsea, his tackle on Suarez in the box in the same game.......
Don't want to mock us but whenever luck goes against us like that we always seem to drop points.

Im sure if this game was being played at Anfield he already be in the showers

Great effort so far but a massive half to come

And such a shame to see elbows Fellatio getting dropped.........................................................:D

Credit to Clattenburg.. That was a clear pen, but it would have been easy for him to say no on something like that. Great to see him not hesitate to give it, and another beauty from the captain.

10 goals from Stevie this year, 7 of them pens, he's made all 7 pens he's had.  That's pretty damn consistent.

Flanagan is having a good game but I'd replace him. Can't risk a red card.
