Great Result considering the anxious half...On TV crowd sound pretty quite...No energy from the stands..Shame.

Vergini could be off twice now. Be smart for Poyet to get him off, otherwise one more incident and he has to be gone.

Not a great first half. Need to be a bit more sharp. Both Suarez and Sturridge seem a bit off today and out of tandem with each other.  They don't really seem a threat, but they'll have to attack us now so it should open them up in the back a bit more.

Sunderland are such a dirty team. Bardsley, Vagina, and Brown are really messed up in the head.

We're awful now. Don't get taking Sturridge off, he seems the only one likely to score from open play.

Ref has been dreadful tonight.  We haven't been getting anything, and I do think that should have been a pen for Coutinho.  He did slip but he caught himself, and then the defender completely took out his planted leg.

We've been sloppy.  Had complete control, and that goal has completely turned this game on us. Nervy end, and here's a complete bs free kick for them out on the edge of the side, he's just rolled over.

We need the 3 points...that's all that matters in frustrating game such as this
