ARSENAL VS LIVERPOOL - 10 feb 2010, ko: 19:45

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Ugly as f*ck.....but effective so far. Kuyts having a bit of an off day, it would be great to see a touch more composure up top. Skrtels done well.

More of the same second half with an eye to pinching one on the break. Do for me.

It's Rafa we're talking about here.

The obvious is never considered  :suspect:

Why change it? We're as comfortable as I've seen in years against Arsenal away from home, so why f*ck it up? We can knick a goal as it is.

Agreed

Well, nil each at half time and we're good value for a point at least so far.  Scrappy game suits us, Arsenal haven't had a chance to put any real passes together.

We look solid at the back and compact in midfield, our only problem is absolutely no punch up front.  The only way we're scoring here is from a set piece or a mistake at the back by Arsenal.  We go a goal behind and we've lost.  I'd go as far as to say first goal wins this.

Yes, but 3 points in the bag would be wonderful

n'gog just seems to placid, everytime he gets the ball i'm thinking to myself he's either gunna lose possesion trying to play it through 2 players or he's gunna back pass. if we change something, that's the position that needs changing

Saw David Johnson commenting in the match build up that Ngog is "too nice"

I absolutely agree

Everyones sweating blood and Ngog looks like he's playing in an exhibiton match.

Well its a bit of a bore fest which suits us at the moment. Gerrard started brightly then ever since has looked as though he's got a cob on. Insua is an accident waiting to happen, Kuyt is his usual self giving possesion away  . But we have stopped Arsenal from playing but they also look cagey after their last two results.

I reckon we could nick a win here, hopefully, fingers crossed.
