Calm down mate, its only half time ..... plenty time for us to change things. Rafa can't budget for mistakes like Arbeloa's and Reina not getting to a free kick he should have saved.

other days i would say we are not out of it yet, but we know Rafa he will not put Keane on till 60+mins, he will not change it for us to play wide in the 2nd half.

its going to make it very hard to get back from this and this game will roll into the next game.

pi.ss off , i said before the start off the game we might lose and true to form , rafa  the team up , tinkers and now we're 2-0 down . Who's to blame for the team being tinkered?

ok but theres no need for the statement you made. Criticise constructively, dont just knee jerk after one half of football

Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing

Well we have been awful to be fair while city have played free flowing football with confidence. I said earlier we would lose this with a defensive stance, our full backs have been poor, while kuyt once again shows us why he shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the pitch

just look at the build up to the two goals, we lost the ball by not going wide, if we was getting the ball wide like we did in the last 2 games this would not of happend.

Reina should have saved the 2nd , the 1st was poor defending . Before garrido took it i told my dad , he's going to score and he does .

Chelsea beat them 3-1 without their best striker drogba . Wigan beat them with a team which cost a quarter of our's .

None of the streams are working for me! Anyone got a good one? I want to see our miraculous comeback in the second half.

Not today.

Rafa fucked this one up by playing Mash, Alonso, and Gerrard and leaving out Keane. This would be OK if Alonso were to be set high up the pitch, but he isn't.

i believe we will beat them. still.

What I don't understand is this ..

Keane finally gets off the mark mid-week. His confidence would have been on the up and up ...

And Rafa doesn't start with him?

I'm sorry but Wenger, Fergie or Scolari would never do this to their top buy of the season if that player had been struggling and showed glimpses of why the player was bought - in the game before.

Was Berbatov rested after breking his scoring duck mid-week? No.

He shouldn't have changed the formation after we spent the first few games of the season getting into a rhythm with the 4-4-2.

no but not playng wide might well have, by keeping the ball in the middle we have been easy to get past.

I wouldn't say we've been easy to get past. When you look at both goals, it was mistakes that lead to them. Arbeloa is a massive whopper at times, and today he proved it. Instead of just putting his foot clean through the ball and Robinho's f*cking foot, he trys to dig it out for himself and ends up f*cking it up and handing Ireland a chance on a plate. The other goal was a result of a silly free kick, coupled with Reina falling asleep. Good goal, mind, but still, we should never be conceding goals as daft as these.
