Dirk kuyt - Peace everyone

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

GYBS mate you are making yourself look foolish here. You like Kuyt which is lovely but lets be serious hey? BTW before you ask I aren't a regular visitor to Anfield, I don't have any coaching badges and for a living I run a sex shop. If my credentials disqualify me from having an opinion then so be it, but there it is anyway.

Jimmy the Weasil, whoever gave you a warning about your conduct was wrong. You are the best "new" poster to come on here in a long time, I for one enjoy reading your input and you obviously understand the game well. Keep posting.

Just like the Rafa thread this. Stick up for our man by all means, but he ain't no Shankly. Similarly Kuyt has his uses, but FFS it's not a crime to say Berbatov is a better footballer. It doiesn't make you disloyal, doesn't prove you less of a man or anything. If you don't think that Berbatov is a better footballer (while accepting that Kuyt has a better attitude, runs around more and may arguably be a better right midfielder etc etc) then you run the risk of people concluding that you are absolutely clueless. That would be my conclusion to such a stance without a doubt.

Dirk tries hard and we all love him for that, but if we could swap the two and you would take more than 00000.32 seconds to consider it then you need more vitamins  :D

im sorry but do you see me insulting you or your opinion ?no you dont so please refrain from doing so , by all means debate against my opinion by at least be grown up enough to do it without insults.

F'ck off lad, stop being a baby.

Make your point about Kuyt without saying van Basten loves him etc or retire gracefuly  :D

then you need to read back my friend and you will see i said berbatov is a better striker than kuyt and you replied - joke of the day ???

i havent said kuyt is a better striker than berbatov

i feel Berba is a better player, not just a striker. he has his attitude issues. but so did Cantona, Roy Keane, Totti, Cassano, etc.

i feel ability wise yes he is better than kut but feel kuyt will brings much more to the liverpool team . not just berbatovs attotude which is :censored: and all about hiself - his work ethic , his teamwork all shocking .

i get what you mean. but Kuyt doesnt have a moment of sheer individual brilliance which could win you a match, which could get you points which would bring you closer to the title.

and berbatov has done that ? his moments of brilliance didnt do much for spurs did they ? and kuyts moments enabled us to beat massive teams in europe and in the prem .

Do you seriously believe the things you type ? :D

where am i wrong then ? what did berbatovs great moments of brilliance achive for spurs ? and how many important goals or assists did kuyt get for us against big teams last year and this year ? and even season before ?

They won a cup last year........ we didn't ..... is that what you meant?

As a fan yes, I would prefer winning the League cup to losing in the CL.

Well it's rare for me to go down this route, but if your opinion is that Kuyt is an equal to Berbatov as footballer, while I respect your right to have an opinion, I cease to respect your knowledge of the game of association football.

Just about the only course of action left open to you if you sensibly wished to retain credability (admittedly this is only in my eyes so therefore totally unimportant) would be a God Bless John Holding style "I was just winding you up" with a smiley attached.
