Why did he take off keane?! he had a good game with us today when he moved centerally.

Ngog, looks really average, but its still early to judge.

Alonso and Mascha have done really well today, I thought they did well.

Jeez, it was actually a better performance from the one against standard liege!!

deserved point.

Let me to be happy clappy, one point away, while Chelsea draws at home, still top of the table. We've been able to get points with absence like Mascherano, Gerrard and today Torres for many minutes.

(Not that I'm saying we don't have to sort out a lot of things)

mascha played sabre :D

We have a Rafa look alike working at our local pub - you can't order a pint and keep a straight face with him. I'm going there now to glass his face in.

Not until today mate, we always had an important absence in every game, today, two.

Good result considering how sh.it we are

Main worry is Torres' injury, if we don't have him for the mancs we're f.ucked

We are top, joint on points anyway.
With no SG and Torres agaist the mancs another draw wouldnt be that bad, would leave us at worst 2 points off chelsea.
Dont judge a book by the cover, unless you cover just another, because blind exceptance is a sign,

Without Torres and Gerrard we were hardly likely to score, Rafa's changes were a little strange to add to our problems. I thought Keane was p!ss poor, only did one thing for me all the game.

I thought Masch played ok but got caught in possession a few times. Nobody really stood out again today. Our midfield while solid defensively couldn't create anything and our forwards ran hard but never looked like they would score.

Absolute :censored: of a ref first off. None of our team in the final 3rd got any protection at all.

If we're gonna contine to play like this for the rest of the season (which I don't think we will) then we need :censored: width. People are scared to go forward, Keane goes too deep. Was pleased with N'Gog today, although his inexperience howed massively at times. Keane's getting better too.

I know it's easy to look at the negatives, but just look at the positives. Villa and the fans were well up for the game today, and it showed at times. Gotta say even though we played quite badly, it was an improvement on all out other competitve performances thus far. I'm sure it'll come. Going into the internation break we're top of the league with Chelsea... that aint a bad thing so far. We just need to concentrate on the Mancs, who i'm sure if they don't get Berbatov, we should win.

Gotta say though, why the :censored: doesn't abi take out set plays normally?

More glory hunters on here then fans.  We played a lot better then we have in the last 3 games, and even away with no Gerrard and Torres we come away with a point.

You say "Oh Chelsea drew we could of taken the top of the table", well I say, fu.ck off.  Chelsea drew home, we drew away.  I think we got the better of the points.

We aren't defending champions, calm the fu.ck down and let the team play, and enjoy supporting your team.

Weird subs, but going for a win in the last 10 minutes away could be dangerous, as their speed could create a counter attack, and a draw is better then a loss.
