i love how henderson can actually do nothing

really struggling to see how he is a 5 million player, let alone 16-20 million

And right now we are looking embarrassing, considering the amount of money that has been spent on players and we cannot even take a game to a really weakened side. It is really disappointing.

Carrol is doing ok.. nothing spectacular but OK. We need to get some creativity on there, but not diminish the goal threat. Suarez for Kuyt and a solid 442 would do it.

Are you watching the game? First off...Carroll is never in a good position to receive the ball unless someone is whipping a cross into him. He is never in a good position to have the ball passed on to him for him to run on to. And, when someone does pass the ball to him he either does not run on to it fast enough or he gets closed down to quickly to do anything with it. Every time he gets the ball he fizzles out with it.

yes, because he is being asked to receive the ball 40 yards from goal.

We are playing too deep and packing the midfield which causes our back four to hoof it.

this will also create space in midfield for Adam to get into the game in the right areas, which brings in Downing and Hendo.

Put someone up there with him to actually win those second balls and we will see it differently.

Did you just see that half volley pass by Carroll to absolutely nobody but the fan sitting in the stands? Wow.

I think some people need to get their eyes tested I really do - Henderson is playing neat and tidy football currently , keeping the ball moving , keeping possession .

Hendo is playing everything so short. It's almost a pointless style, like nothing is being created.

We need to have Suarez on for Hendo, move kuyt to the right. Kuyt's had a much stronger second half and his fitness is showing as he's doing fine while everybody else is getting really tired.
