FT 3-1...3 points, the only 100% record and top of the league, and an easy stroll

Another step closer to having Alisson back, too.  Our next match is Burnley away and then the international break. With a bit of luck, Ali will be back for the Newcastle game at Anfield on 14 September

Fans, team and manager are on a very serious mission. There is a level of determination that is perhaps even greater than what we witnessed last season. Anfield was buzzing.

Made up with that win, opened up 5 points on United after 3 games etc.. a real statement of intent. Well done reds.

Every PL game this weekend was won by an away team, except one. Just saying...

So where is that yakka bloke ? Spends all summer crying daily about us not buying anyone and potentially missing out of top 4 because we didn’t buy anyone yet we win 4 out of 4 including a trophy and he is Lord Lucan ?
Maybe Klopp knew what he was doing after all

Klopp knows what he's doing. I'm 40 years old and  this is the best LFC team I've seen since the King Kenny days...maybe even better..

To be fair he worried about burnout mid season and we haven’t got there yet. It is clear that we wont easily find someone good enough to replace what we have, and if we do they will not want to be squad players as was the case with Pepe according to reports.

I would say that this is the best side we have ever had, considering how much better football has become. This team just needs to win a title to cement the fact.

I don't want to jinx it  :D

But to be totally honest, this is the best LFC team I've ever see...

Agreed, yakka's point still stands. We're a superb team but most of the replacements are not up to par. 2 forwards out injured and we're done.

In fact they don't even need to get injured, just to get tired...

If it wasn't for Pep it would have been our turn to dominate the league for a few years.

Excellent win and good team performance which was almost perfect, only to give a very soft goal.

We need a win next week, good luck lads.
