Liverpool Football Club - Games

Depressing first half ,players have no energy in them.
Why Lucas is playing continues to be one of nature greatest misteries espcially against the weaker sides, Get Gerrard back put another attacking player FFS. Skertel and Cara look so miserable it's pathetic ,again why not play the greek? It's not rocket science.

We are at home and playing 4 across the middle when it's common knowledge that neither Kuyt or Jovanovic are right or left mids ? Why aren't we playing 4-2-3-1 ?! That's he formation that suits the players and we are at home ?!

Lucas off
Kuyt off

Pacheco and Babel on

Stick Gerrard in CM with Poulsen and Babel on the right wing, Pacheco behind Torres. Jesus christ we need some flair and pace. Not this hum drum, keep it tight and see what happens sh*t.

We've created nothing.

it's the 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 or whatever you call it with Gerrard supporting Torres, Lucas and Poulsen in the middle, Kuyt and Jovanovic on the wings...

I think it's time for Babel time.

I would say when WB have possession it looks more like a 7-3 Jova on the touchline Poulsen & Lucas inside the 18, too negative.

We still lack any kind of creativity from the midfield.

Totally agree, those subs would change the game completely.

well, difference between 4-4-1-1 and 4-2-3-1 is minimal. If Kuty and Jovanovic plays narrower and more foward than lucas and poulsen it becomes 4-2-3-1...

Hodgsons teams always sit deep with lots of men behind the ball with no high pressure and pressing
