There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Where did you hear this? He seems like a decent enough up and coming hungry manager.

Anyone would have thought this whole situation was the fault of the 'antis' (or whatever you wanna call them) the way some are going on. Am wondering how may more 'we told you so, are you happy now?' posts i'm gonna have to read in the next 6 months? it's painful.

Got to agree with Lando, does anyone look at the current situation of this club and still believe that sacking Rafa was a good idea?
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Exactly. It was all fine when we were being called happy clappers, deluded and how we were devaluing the club.

From a footballing perspective - YES. His tenure petered out it's as simple as that.

But we should wait and see what happens with the club in the next few months before 'I told you so' becomes the norm in rhetoric.

Nothing has changed yet, we still have Mash and it could be pure media speculation stirring up the pot (after all, we know how the media hate us). Rafa has gone that's all that has changed, hopefully it will be the owners next and sooner rather than later.

But whatever happens to the club, good or bad I know I'll be supporting them rain, hail or shine.
Football is a relatively simple game and Roy knows it ;)

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.
