Liverpool Football Club - Games

Rafa airing his opinion over the travel arrangements. Cant say i do not sympathise with him tbf...but in any case - UEFA say 'Jump' - you say, 'How high?' really.

RAFA on TRAVELLING

I must admit though - its going to be tight for Sunday's game at Turf Moor.

Imagine fergie.....

We have waited 6 years for a plan "B" and when it finally arrives it's about travel arrangements  :(

Benítez said: "People are working hard to prepare a Plan A and Plan B. There are not too many options on the date. I don't like to play Mondays but hopefully everyone will be fresh and it won't be a problem. I don't think it will give Atlético an advantage for the game because we should be there in enough time to rest."

No worries Ivan.

I was inspired for a bit this afternoon thats all....  :D

Lets hope it DOES go ahead and that you enjoy your experience in the Cauldron.  With an away goal or two as a significant bonus!

The Cauldron  :D very appropiate.

It's a very especial game for me because Vicente Calderon is one of the few stadiums I haven't visited, and it will be a pleasure to be there to watch Liverpool play  :buttrock. 8am we leave San Sebastian, and we plan to have lunch in the Sierra (mountains before reaching Madrid), so we'll be there at 13.00 PM. 500KM or so, can't wait.

I just hope not to find too many atleticos in the posh zone Reg got me the tickets  :D

Hope the games a classic for you Sabre mate!

I think Rafa will flood the midfield for this match, play one up front and hope to snatch the all important away goal. I think we may do even better than that and win 2-0.

Johnson          Carra                  Big Greek            Agger

your dreaming if you think rafa will play aquilani away in europe.

I think its a total joke that this game is going to go ahead, in the todays world the amount of games they play they should not be asked to spend that much time on the road to get to a game.

if we get beat then i think it would be fair to say that spending that much time getting to the game might have something to do with it.

i am 100% sure if it was the other teams coing to england they would call it off, this year there as been an agenda to get all english teams out of the CL and the EL.

ANYWAY THATS WHAT I THINK LOL

i think i worked it out that they will get back very late friday if they leave at full time or saturday midday if the leave in the morning.

unless they can get a plan by then, but looking at what they are saying its just stuck another load of ash up there.
