That is quite possibly the worst prediction on here. Ww won't lose 2-0 away and if we did i can't see them getting 2 at anfield but i suppose that is also another pointless prediction

I hope everyone is fit, apparently (so I've heard) Torres, Gerrard and a few others have knocks.

Now that I come to think of it...

Is it not true that Gerrard is out of this match due to his yellow card he received in the 2nd leg of the Inter Milan match?

I think it's just a bit of mind games from Benitez.

No, but if he gets another yellow then he'll be suspended from the return leg at home.

Think we need to score. Arsenal's record at Anfield is very good and they have often scored against us. I would be satisfied with a score draw at the Emirates.

Arsenal are a hard side to keep a clean sheet against.  I think we need to score at their place if we are to go through.

They had been low on confidence but the comeback against Bolton will have given them a lot of belief.

I think we can contain them at the Emirates.  Play Hyypia at the back, defend relatively deep to nullify their pace and try to hit them on the break with Babel/Gerrard/Torres is our best bet.  If we come out and try to play football at their place I fear they will pick us off on the counter.  If we get a couple of chances in the game I fancy Torres to take one.  Then at Anfield on a European night I think we'll have too much for them, especially with them being distracted by the league.

That Toure sure likes to talk, I hope that Gerrard and Torres tear them apart.

Does anyone still have a copy for the photo of Rafa in the crowd where a lad says `What do you reckon Rafa?´ and Rafa replies `We´re going to fu.cking batter ´em!´.

Can someone post it up? Thanks.

The fúcking Italians gave the Spaniards and Torres in particuar a fair dose of kicks, it wasn't a friendly exactly. I didn't see the England game though.

I think the only way to beat the Gooners is to not let them settle; we seem to be unstoppable in Europe when we rapidly close players down. I think we'd do well to come out firing on all cylinders and get an early goal or two. the flip side to that though is that they're very good on the counter-attack, so we need to be careful...

Can't give Arsenal time on the ball, and we need to find a way to make use of our attacking play and not be too hit and miss with it. Think it will be a tough game but if we can get an away goal it will be brilliant.

come on you redmen!
