Let Rafa get on with doing what he does best, coaching, and leave the signing of players to someone who is good at it. Rafa has surrounded himself with "yes men" since the two Paco's left. We need someone that he WILL LISTEN TO. No matter how good or bad you are as a manager there are always times when someone needs to stand up and say I think you are wrong...... something I don't think happens anymore at Liverpool, at least not without being moved on rather quickly.
Maybe I really am getting to old for this sh'it, cliches I understand even though they don't actually enlighten me .
Maybe you could add a bit more substance ?we should bring in a director of football (Dalglish or equivolent)
What does a director of football actually do ? does he vet/oversee all the managers decisions ? (Can you see any self respecting manager living with that ?) and why Dalglish ? if Dalglish fails to fit the template who are the (sic)alternatives ?"... equivolent"
most clubs are slowly moving to appointing them now.

You will just have to take my word for it then.

Whether you want Rafa here next season or not is worthy of debate BUT "Slags the club off blah blah blah" has lost me
Explain

Mate, that may have worked for you with the people down at the job center but my office doesn't have wheelchair access.

ok so the word slags might be a bit strong, but talking negative about the clubs set up and the way he spoke about his contract did not go down well with me, there are some thing i think is the manager responsibility to keep out of the press.

I know and it gets under my skin too but we don't have that sort of money to be able to compete on that level now.
