If the unthinkable happend..rafa leaves - How would you feel if rafa left

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby grayghost » Mon Jun 04, 2007 2:55 pm

Rumours are starting to circulate that Rafa is on the verge of leaving LiverpoolFC today. I pray to god this does not happen we need this man this genius who has lead us to be one of the most dominating teams in europe on a shoe string budget.

How would you feel if Rafa left

I would be disgusted not in Rafa but in the owners of the club and of course Parry if this came to pass then some were down the line lies were told to RAFA.  The backing that he and we were promised is not forth comeing and like RAFA has said it has been talk talk talk.

I hope this not true but if it is then i and many Liverpool fans will be angry and that anger will be directed at the owners and Parry not at Rafa.

lets just hope its not true hey.

it would be a terrible day, mainly because of the success he has brought us on a show string budget and with the millions we ahve been promised he could of started to buold a truly great team. But if he leaves it will be back to the nineties im afraid.

But if he dosnt leave and gets some money then thats all great.

I was going to making a similar analogy, only using fat stringy friend thughworting your cookies.

Rafa is our shephard through the dark haze. He is what I building my loving foundations for liverpool on. This cannot happen :(

If Rafa does not get what he wants then he may well  leave that is a possiblty.
And if he does who would your felling be directed at.

longer than a decade mate. if Rafa were to go then this club will just be a penny bank for the new owners

If Rafa goes then the new owners have no intention of backing the team

It's the spirit of our team that is strong... somebody will rise up to fill his vacant boots. We will have no taste of foulgandering if we stay strong.

Mixed feelings from me.A genious in Europe but erratic in the EPL.Could be missed but can be replaced. Until I see quick entertaining football from LFC Id be made up.

Yes the prem still is a bit off but Rafa has only spent 44mil on his own players 44mil comes to 1 shevchenko and a half Shawn wright phillps. were would chelsie be without the millons they have spent.
