FANTASTIC result !!!!!!  seeing off both Manc teams is the kind of boost we could see go thru til the end of the season.

Maybe KK will use Dirk more often now.

They crucified Saurez, (a man who plays with black team mates, white team mates, team mates from all around the world) as a racist for some ill chosen banter. Evra, Manure, Fergie, the FA have made one huge mountain out of a molehill. All this focus on one idiot in the crowd, is there any mention of the many, many black players, and players from countless other nations that have represented us over the years?

Of course :censored: not.

Any mention of the thousands of other supporters surrounding that one idiot who are NOT making monkey gestures?

Of course :censored: not.

Makes me sick.

I watched the reserves play Blackburn the other day and 3/4 of our lads were coloured. Thats life and it makes no difference what so ever.

The win capped a great week for us because we knocked the best 2 teams in the PL out of the domestic cups in the space of 4 days and not many teams in the world can do that. As I've been saying since KK took over, we must be consistent. This season we've beaten Man City, Manure, Arsenal and Chelsea (twice at their own backyard), Newcastle who are all above us in the table and yet we struggled with the likes of Bolton, Swansea, Norwich etc etc. We must be consistent otherwise, those great wins amount to nothing. Imagine if we are drawn against Crawley Town in the next round and get knocked out. The great win against Manure amount to nothing.

It was great to see Evra being booed by the Kop everytime he gets the ball. He deserved the contempt from us and also showed our love for L.S.

Did anyone hear the mufc chants on park ji sung about him eating dogs? I've read that Koreans found it offensive, so isn't that racist?

Merseyside Police announced on Saturday night that a 59-year-old man had been detained in connection with an alleged racist gesture made at Anfield during the FA Cup fourth-round tie against Manchester United.
Following Liverpool's 2-1 win it emerged that police were investigating the alleged gesture which was captured on TV footage. The image was distributed on social networking websites and a number of complaints were made to police.
A police spokeswoman said: "Merseyside Police can confirm that a 59-year-old man from North Wales has been arrested this evening following an alleged incident at the LFC vs MUFC match. The man has been taken to a police station and will be questioned by officers."
She added: "Merseyside Police would like to thank North Wales Police and Liverpool Football Club for their assistance with this matter."
It was the first game between the rivals since the eight-match ban imposed on Liverpool striker Luis Suarez after the FA found him guilty of racially abusing United captain Patrice Evra. Before the match the stadium announcer warned supporters racist and homophobic behaviour would not be tolerated.
It is understood home supporters found guilty of such offences inside the ground would be subject to life bans from the club. Speaking after the game, match commander Chief Superintendent Jon Ward said: "I would like to thank the majority of fans for their behaviour and co-operation.
"We knew this would be a busy operation and most fans can be proud that they acted as ambassadors for their cities and their clubs.
"Despite the large numbers of supporters from both clubs and lively atmosphere, only 17 people were ejected from the ground and, at this time, two people arrested during the policing operation, all for low-level incidents.
"As a matter of course, Merseyside Police monitors Twitter, other social networks and match footage during high-profile events such as today's match.
"We can confirm that specialist officers are reviewing match footage, as a result of a picture posted on Twitter. This matter is now under investigation by specialist hate crime detectives and we are working with Liverpool Football Club to identify the man in question."

'monkey gesture at Evra' - love how they know its at Evra. Just wait and see I guess. I wonder what'll get more attention from the media...

Who gives a flying fu'ck?
So what?
A knob made a pr'ick of himself. Big deal.
I cant believe KK had to answer questions about this. We shouldnt be giving it any importance whatsoever. It is nothing to do with LFC except that some tit bought a ticket.
Its a non story
Fu'ck off the media and the FA
