If we win this, we'll be level on points with City and Arsenal. City and Spurs just drew their games...  :buttrock

i think Jose will park the bus, absorb the pressure until we slow down and hit us on the counter. Therefore an early goal for us is important. I would play Sturridge. He is good against parked defenses.

I hope they do sit back, the likes of Zlatan, Pogba, Martial, Mata and Rashford are the type of players you don't want near your goal.
For me workrate will be crucial, man for man they probably just shade it (i.e compare the respective spines - De Gea, Bailly, Pogba, Ibra  v  Karius, Lovren, Henderson, Sturridge) but despite having some real athletes in their line up (Bailly, Pogba, Martial, Rashford etc) they are not the most hard working of teams, we've got to take advantage of that fact and run the effin' legs off them.

You're right. It'll be tight and we'll have to be 100% alert from the off, because an early goal for Manure will see them defend the match out with 10 men behind the ball.

Chelsea expected us to go all gung-ho at them but we didn't and I thought that was one of the main reasons that won us that game. I hope we'll be as smart against the mancs as well, catch them by surprise.

Could be one of the most important games of the season this one. A win will not only take us on level points with City and Arsenal but will also deliver a huge blow at the mancs who will already have a mountain to climb with 6 points behind us and the other two and will have to play Chelsea just a week after that. There's going to be huge pressure on them to get at least something from this game.

One concern for me is that we haven't kept a clean sheet yet in the league.
Arsenal, Burnley, Spurs, Leicester, Chelsea, Hull and Swansea have all managed to score against us.

Make no mistake that arrogant muppet will park the bus against us.

He has done it time and time again at Anfield and obtained results throughout the years.

But this time we don't have a clueless used car salesman at the helm.

Klopp has already beaten him last season and I'm confident he will do so again tomorrow.

I'm with you on this one Dev, seeing that sh*t grin eating c**t walk away with a season ending loss will be priceless.

C'mon you redman!!!!!

I am a little nervous actually. Everytime we are favourites against a top team, I get the jitters... I much rather be the underdog. But that's just the superstitious idiot in me I guess.
Hahahahahahahhaah!

C'mon you redmen!!!!!!

Any idea on the team being fielded today?

Be a huge slap in the balls if we lose this one...so many arrogant fuxks in their team . I hope we give them a masterclass , our goalkeeper is my only concern .

I actually stopped worrying about these big games... the Burnley home fixture is still more terrifying than any of the *big* teams.

The pressure should be all on the mancs, they have it all to prove, huge sums of money spent, big ego manager with his reputation on the line.

If anything the new expanded stadium should make the place more hostile and hopefully help us send these @ssholes back to Manchester without a single point.
