Liverpool were placed in a bowl by themselves and then one team was taken out of the non-seeded bowl and placed with Liverpool. They then mixed the two up to decide the Home team first leg etc...., Liverpool were drawn first then TNS so we play at home first leg.

Liverpool play the WINNERS of the trip to Lithuania or the Faroe islands in the Second qualifying round. Doesn't have the same ring to it as Istanbul does it

TNS's ground only holds 4.500 or something so I imagined they will move the venue, maybe to Cardiff ? :D
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Liverpoolfc.tv have released the follwoing ticket information.

Dates of Sales for both rounds

28/06/05 All Fancard Holders
30/06/05 General Sale

Full Selling Details

The dates set by UEFA for the 1st and 2nd round qualifying matches are as follows: -

The 1st Round will either be played on 12th or 13th July with the second leg of the tie being played on 19th or 20th July 2005.

The 2nd Round will be played on either 26th or 27th July with the second leg of the tie being played on 2nd or 3rd August 2005.

It is possible that the dates of the matches will not be confirmed until early week commencing 27th June. In the event that the date and kick off times have not been confirmed prior to the commencement of the sale it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have the correct information.

Due to the dates of these fixtures and the normal administration being carried out in the Club at this time of the year i.e. season ticket renewals it has been necessary to change the method of sale. Tickets for both matches will be available for purchase at the same time. Liverpool F.C. would point out that it does not condone the selling of tickets on the assumption of progressing in the competition but has been left with no other option due to the close proximity of Rounds 1 and 2.

The priority system for any future rounds of the UEFA Champions League or the UEFA Cup will not be used from either of these qualifying matches.

In the event the Club are eliminated from the competition at the 1st Round stage full refunds excluding any booking fees will be given to supporters that have purchased tickets for the 2nd Round. In order to obtain a refund the full ticket for the 2nd Round will have to be returned to the Ticket Office.
