There isn't anyone left now to fight for us. We just pushed the last one out remember.

whats the big downer on MON or Roy? for feks safe - if they get the job then we should be happy and get behind whoever they appoint - dont start off by saying negative things about our potential new gaffa - give him a chance.

Roy - might just bring a bit of stability to the team. He'll look at the players he has and say 'ok, your a right winger so go play on the right, your centre midfield so you play...    ...centre midfield' and none of that '15 mins left and we need a goal - let's take Torres off' sh!te or the so call 'inspired tinkering with a winning team'.

When you put it like that!!!

but then again you could say that about a lot of managers.. in fact most know you play players in their postions not strikers as right mid, central mid as attackers etc...

I will fully support whoever comes in.. but out of MON and Woy, I think I would prefer MON..  and I would also be pleased with Harry.. and Capello..

Im just rabbiting now!!  sorry.  I'm going
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

All i want is someone who can persuade the likes of Gerrard and Torres to stay here for the next year until we have new owners. Thats all i'm after, no title challenge or champions league place, just hang on to what we've got short term. Will Hodgson or MON manage this? Doubtful. Kenny is the only one i can see managing to tempt them to stay.

Why surprise contender. He's got a great pedigree.

Marcello Lippi has emerged as a surprise contender for the vacant Liverpool manager's job.

News of the 62-year-old's inclusion in the Anfield shortlist comes as he prepares to lead Italy's defence of their World Cup title in South Africa next week.

Lippi has already confirmed that he will stand down as national coach for his homeland to make way for Cesare Prandelli.

The former Juventus coach has previously expressed an interest in coaching at a Premier League club and this admission could see him appointed as Rafael Benitez's successor despite Fulham boss Roy Hodgson remaining the firm favourite for the role.

I really hope not - Italian coaches are Ancient Relics ,no need for Dinos in Liverpool not now ,give us something refreshing with attacking spirit - not those so called "big" names which are forever rotating between themselves...

Oh come on, compare his pedigree to O'Neill, Hodgson or Holloway.

Only risk is he hasn't managed in the Premiership before.
