I think he meant to cross it for the second goal but it ended up in the back of the net :D

i dont think he meant it either. you can tell by his laughing and oalso on the last reply you see him look up, spot the runner then cross, he doesn't look at the goal

Dirk has been (and remains) a top class professional for LFC. Maybe not the most skilled of players but he has consistently burst his balls for this football club. Anyone questioning Dirk needs their head read. He has been nothing short of top class for us for a number of years and long may that continue. I think the fact that when fit he is an automatic pick suggests that our management believe this too!

Some forget that he arrived at Anfield as an out and out striker and has been remoulded into a winger.
