i got it all wrong, based on kuyts league goals this season i feel i have to place him on a par with hunt, dalglish, rush, fowler and owen

You don't have to go to the other side Peewee.

You could say for instance that he's better than Morientes and comparable to Baros, no? :)

Kuyt brings more to the team than both baros and morientis did.

He hasn't, he's merely said it in a sarcastic manner which shows the words mean little

my opinion of him hasn't changed really and i did praise him for his performance on saturday. However I have it on good authority that at training today sami hyppia was giving sammy lee a piggy back and they beat kuyt in a race from one end of the pitch to the other
