yes i have done coaching but not my main job .

And surely if the england manager in 2006 and 2007 thought pennant was better they would of picked pennant to play for england and not lennon

so now you are saying the ex england manager is better than rafa, lets not forget rafa spent money on pennant so are you now saying rafa is clueless? i mean if lennon is better than pennant surely rafa would have gone after lennon, no?

No, its my fault we signed Pennant. Rafa reads this forum.

Rafa, its Stu_the_red, I still think Pennant would do a decent job with Gerrard and Alonso in the middle and Riera on the left. Give it a go mate, you know you want to. :laugh:

And was lennon playing well and at spurs and doing well in the prem when we bought pennant ? not that i can remember . And wasnt pennant second choice ? If Rafa had more money back then do you think he would of really bought pennant or actually gone for his first target of simao ?

Sven thinks Lampard's a great player, Sven thinks Terry's a better player than Woodgate, Sven picked Walcott who had never played ahead of Defoe and Bent who were banging goals in for fun. Sven picked Vassell and Heskey. Sven picked Luke Young and Chris Powell...

Who really gives a toss what Sven thinks? If by any chance you were on about McLaren (I don't really give a toss about England so I'm not complete sure of the dates

) then that makes your arguement completely valid and I am sorry I ever disagreed with McLaren! :laugh:

No i dont rate mac claren as a better manager than rafa and i think sven is around the same as rafa .

anything incorrect about what i said ? did he not go after pennant after the simao deal didnt go through ? so he was second choice for rafa .
