Did he not score in the Champions League final defeat to Milan?

Must be :censored: then

Didn't Cisse score 19 goals in a season playing mainly from the right?

Didn't he score in the FA cup final which we went on to win.

Must be great then.

Dont you just post :censored: after :censored:?

Then post more :censored:?

Then post some :censored:  :rasp

And people wonder why I insult people when I get responded to like that for posting an equally rediculous arguement.

:no

Ah, the eternal dilemna of the chicken and the egg....  :D

It's you who overstates his importance the most. You've criticised Gerrard for the same things some people have been saying about Dirk. A little more consistency on your part might give you more credibility in some peoples eyes.

please show me where i have overstated what kuyt did last night? Yes mentioned gerrards misplaced passing just as i have said kuyt did the same thing . Also given credit to gerrard for the strike and also to kuyt for his goal and the part he played in the second goal .so where have i overstated ? Havent called him world class or anything of the sort . Maybe its the anti kuyts that keep saying that people put kuyt on a pedestal yet all they are doing is giving him credit when its deserved as opposed to the people who ignore the good stuff and just slag him off

and will ask Fodne again - what proof have you got that everyone on here (or majority ) are wrong and dont know what they are talking about where as your always right ? which team do you manage and coach again and how many trophies have you won as a manager and a coach ?

So, how come this applies when you're slatting me for suggesting Pennant... when all I done was agree with (infact say it before) a Spannish league winning and European cup winning manager.

Guess I'm not the only one who doesn't know what he's talking about then...

do you mean the same manager who tried to sell him to stoke ? So you agree with him when it suits you ? Not many clubs are asking for him are they ? Wenger didnt seem to mind loosing him and at the end of the day he was a second choice cheaper signing who has played plenty of times but hasnt really performed to a good enough standard according to our manager and not many other clubs seem to want him . And still not qualified why the majority on here are wrong and your right ? Which team is it you manage to win lots of trophies again ? Why is everyone else wrong and your right ?

Fair enough, you've toned it down a bit. It's little snippets here and there that lead me to believe you give him far too much credit than he deserves at times, I really can't be bothered to go and look them all up. I take it your last sentence is aimed at me, since I mentioned pedestal, but you'll find I've given credit where it's due, I just haven't gone overboard with it

look thru what people have said today ! No one is overstating what he is doing , just giving him credit and no one is claiming world class etc . Cant see where this overstating is ?

Like I said, it's generally you who overstates. Like I said, you've toned it down a bit (at least regarding yesterdays game). Like I said, I cant be bothered looking back through

You may not see it, but it comes accross (to me at least) like you think the sun shines out of his :censored:. Don't be surprised if you're taken to task if that's how you're being perceived.

then you need to look back thru some of the threads where i have pointed out the limitations i think kuyt has . Yes i do defend cause i think he does a good and very underrated job for us and doesnt get the credit he deserves and instead just gets constantly slagged off . If i think he doesnt deserve to play or shouldnt play then i will say so . Hence why i said he shouldnt of really played against stoke but was perfect for derby and last night

For the third and final time, I'm not searching through pages and pages of old threads, certainly not for the odd post where you've put your sexual attraction to Dirk aside, and have offered some mild critique

Let's draw a line under it, eh? I'm guessing anyone else might be bored to tears reading the same thing over and over

What you pretty much said there is "i dont care what your opinio n is, i dont like you and will assume what ever I want about you, flame you and then cheekily ask you not to do anything about it"

burjennio, if you read back through my posts   you'd see that isn't the case. In the grand scheme of things, I dont care what his opinion is, but on a messageboard if I disagree with someone I'll try and debate it

I've just hit a brick wall I think, or at least i'm trying to debate with one. Questions are more often than not swerved, and the same guff gets churned out over and over. I dont think I'm alone in thinking he might be a bit simple as 90% of insults or abuse I've seen here have been aimed in his direction. I'm more than happy to debate, but when I get the same reply post after post, I tend to keep repeating myself which frankly must bore the bejesus out of everyone

dont accuse me of stuff then without actually coming up with proof of this overstating and pedastal you keep talking about . And yeah people are getting bored off people constantly slagging off a player who continues to contribute to the team in a positive way and getting no credit for it at all . Ie a witch hunt on the player . Who be great just one of these days for one of those posters to actually hold their hands up and say yeah kuyt did well then and played a big part in the victory .

Berbatov or Kuyt, who's the better player?

Seriously, how do people think he compares to Berbatov?

They scored the same number of goals a few years ago you know!
