One of the things he said is why he brought on Huth late in the game and thats because he can play in a game of basketball, basicaly he was having a go at us.

After this match my key word would be content, I think these games are always gonna be a tough call especially as the midfield is tight.
I felt we controlled the game throughout and never really looked in danger of conceding ,mind you neither did they.we miss the cutting edge in the final third which is why we are not scoring enough,they do have the cutting edge ,so it just goes to show how well the midfield and defence performed in terms limiting there attacks.
Chelsea will be the more happier of the two im sure after they got the result they played for.Just hope Rafa and the team will work on the attack this week we have everything else sussed.Roll on part two.

It was a clear cut penalty(s) no doubt but im not gonna harp on about it , because we shouldnt be looking on or relying on penalties to win us games .

CF,Chelsea will never win the CL by playing that kind of football.

mate he didnt even get a yellow, i thought you get a yellow for persistent fouling but he wasnt even spoken to by the ref.

anyway on a lighter note, did anyone see warnock winding riise up on the bench. i think he gave a wrigley without the chewy in the wrapper, he was scheming before he passed it to riise, i think he removed the gum and just wrapped it again so it looked like there was gum, the risse threw it back at him and he nearly p1ssed himself. the guy was very relaxed

seems we had the better of the game, i thought so, but why are the press saying otherwise, and why did maureen say they were tryingto win it in the last 15 minutes when there was some of the worse time wasting i have seen, how long did drogba take to walk off?

its probably been mentioned but i'll mention it again:

hyypia hacked by drogba in the area, and that handball by gallas, and still no penalty.

i think chelsea were lucky, and the ref was average, thats why mourinho was happy with a point, as he knows his team could have been beaten by 2 or maybe 3 goals, if the ref had been on the ball with his decision making. Carragher said that about the penalties not given after the match in not so many words.

what a cack player drogba is, all that money wasted on a guy who really looked out of sorts last night!!

anyway, roll on sunday and victory for the reds

in a nutshell.....

a)3 legimate penalty appeals rejected - Seems to happen everytime we play chelsea :suspect:

b)Duff & Robben again silenced by finnan and traore

c)Not sure anybody did the ratings yet (haven't read the whole thread) but carra gets a 11/10 for me..... additional point for an amazing post-match interview ... "everytime we play chelsea we have penalities rejected" :bowdown

Chelsea are not a world-class team...once we get the right/left wingers rafa wants, we can easily beat chelsea...
