But thats the thing with free transfers. Either you pay them massive money upfront or give them inflated wages. It's only the player that does a good deal waiting out his contract never the clubs involved. The market dictates the players value and if you can save 17 million euros on playing off a club it goes to the player instead.

It's Gomes, he is Brazilian hence a Portugese surname, if he was Spanish then it would be Gomez

Oh and I am also p**sed off that Hilarious Gomes might not be in goals anymore, no more blooper highlight reel for the end of the season. :down:

Bojan Krikic is a talented player, and if Rossi goes to Barca like it seems he will be, that means Krikic is behind Messi, Villa, Pedro and Rossi.

I'd be happy if we went after him. Not nec. as a starter, but he could be a great backup and would definitely have the ability to start some games.
