Time to let Rafa move on and focus on LFC.... nothing we say will change the fact that he's not going to have a role in our fortunes this coming season.
I'm glad that Kenny has indicated an interest.... if anyone can convince Gerrard and Torres to stay, it'll be him unless the decision is taken out of his hands by T & T. With his reputation, it should also increase the interest of investors in buying the club off of 'em 2 bastards.
We rebuild now and with Kenny in charge, the dim ray of light at the end of the tunnel just got a lot brighter.... IMHO.

Like people supported rafa you mean
Would Chelsea, United, Spurs, Arsenal, City want him?
The answer is no and he should not even be considered for such a big club, this is on par with the signing of Robbie keane that shouldnt have happened neither should this, mark my words it will all end in tears even before the Christmas.
0-0 draws all over the shop 10 men behind the ball, if people thought Rafa was defensive wait till this fella arrives.
Doesnt no one remember the end of last season when Fulham came to Anfield and the yard dogs didnt even move over the halfway line?
Feck my life might aswell give fat Sam the job they are of the same ilk.

he has walked into a new job immediately so why should we pay him anything ?
I believe he has an affection for the club, love though ?

Only in football could you breeze into a club promise implicitly to deliver the World and its sister and in the space of a 3 year tenure reduce the club to the biggest laughing stock in World football while continually syphoning a huge amount of the clubs wealth ...
and expect to walk away with a sizeable profit of ridiculous proportions whilst raising the debt on the club from 44 million to a ridiculous 400 million and then count on the fans (Blessed with tunnel vision ) making the manager a suitable scapegoat
Its this I personally find so laughable that benitez's loyalty to the club is being brought into question at a time when we are being raped in broad daylight

as long as i don't hear any cr@p about a 5 year plan in his introductory press conference i'd resigned to the fact that he'll be a solid appointment at this stage.

They are 2 different things mate.
Why cant i think the owners are scum bags and also that Rafa is more in it for himself than most fans would believe ?
Because thats what i feel.

the fact benitez settled on a more agreeable sum underlines the mans character
