Lets just wait and see, maybe the players wanted him gone, until we know, we dont know

As if that's any better? If that is  the case, then any player that forced the manager from his position needs to be put on the transfer list and f*cked off from this club, no matter who it is, Nando, Steve, Carra, any single one of them. I'd be absolutely disgusted.

It's not conjecture. It's a very, very strong posibillity. We'll lose at least one of those three, and possibly all three of them. Quote me on it.

And not saying I want him, but I think there could be a decent chance the next manager could be Mark Hughes.

Just some other names: Ottmar Hitzfeld (pair of European cups and 7 german leagues spread over 2 different teams), Jupp Heynckes (couple of leagues with Bayern and the CL with Madrid), René Girard (long time French national youth manager, did well at Montpellier this season), Jean-François De Sart (been the U21 manager for Belgium since 1999, and they do well for themselves (4th in the Olympics)), Thomas Schaaf (would be a good shout, but he has been at Werder Bremen continuously since 1972;  he started coaching the youth teams in '87, but didn't retire from the 1st team until '95!  ),

Klinsmann (the owners like him), Scolari (world cup winner, maybe needed more time to adjust), Carlos Parreira (world cup winner, and should speak some english due to managing South Africa), Mircea Lucescu (been consistently good at Shakhtar for 6 years (4 leagues and a UEFA Cup) and has won league titles with 6 different teams), Juande Ramos (his good spell at Sevilla wasn't that long ago, won the league cup for Spurs, won a bunch of games for Madrid, currently available)

He was talking garbage the other day on SSN also. Woudln't want him here sorry.

Well the owners created this situation now they can face up to the aftermath that is losing most of our star players.

if players left the club now it will be down to them feel that the owners dont hsve the money to buy the team that is needed.

Some players may end up leaving but I think thats more to do with the fact there is no CL football rather than Rafa being sacked.  I just dont buy into this talk that players were there for Rafa and now his gone they will want to leave.

Only if we have been taken over by billionaires.

We will only be able to afford to offer some measly 2 year contract or something like that.

Hiddink would never take that. If you think he would, then you are deluded.

We're probably looking at someone like Roy Hodgson.

MO'N wouldn't take a 2 year contract either.

Tecnically, no. It's what we're now faced with having to deal with. If the two spanners think it was a great idea to axe one of the best managers in Europe after him signing a five year deal, then no one else at the club, or the players he brought in are safe. We will lose important players this summer. That is a given. Not conjecture.
