We have a prem game still to play...... doesn't stop him DEMANDING a meeting now though.

He spent a week travelling across Europe? What did they travel by a fecking Camel  :D

remember the journey by train and coach  :Oo:

Yeah it took them a day mate not a fecking week

36 hours plus a day out there to train plus playing the next day then travelling back the next day then training again for the prem match

So now its going to take us 2 days to travel to Hull 2 days training 1 day to play a match 2 days travelling back......

A BETTER EXCUSE MIGHT HAVE BEEN THAT OUR CHAIRMAN ONLY WORKS ONE DAY A WEEK

there is a lot of talk that Liverpool are about to Sack Rafa today after evidence of a link with him and Juventus was shown to Broughton.

The BBC was going to run with this report but felt safer to run the missed meetings report instead.

Could care less, to be honest, about press reports about the timing of the meet etc.  Just sort all that sh!te out amongst yourselves, get it done and let us know what comes of it either way.  All of this petty posturing about who called what when is tedious. :sleep

Well im guessing thats why he wants the meeting this week because he isnt having to prepare for a midweek game as well as a game at weekend .

The ONLY reason he wants an urgent meeting is because Juve are getting impatient and were considering pulling out.

Seems to me that the pundits and writers including ex Liverpool players have been commenting so openly on the need for Benitez to go to try to convince Liverpool that they have to change the manager. I'm surprised Ronnie Whelan hasn't been quoted again on the need for Rafa to leave. What is noticeable is the lack of commentary in support of Benitez by the likes of Aldridge or Didi Hamman.
