I think the 2nd question has a lot more answers, so lets keep him.

I think that ship might have sailed mate.

Fat sam goes after the 2nd question mate :D

Seriously, realistically who would we get thats better?
I'm not saying he aint leavnig, but we ain't sacking him. If he goes, it's coz hes got something lined up, ergo no compensation

nobody knows whats in his contract but Rafa his laywers and the club, all this press stuff is just utter tripe, but lets just say for instance he was given a contract which entitles him to 16 million, then he gets it and more fools the yanks for agreeing to it.

you know what saint i would like to see any of you walk away from 16million if it was due to you. what the fook has love for the club and the fans got to do with it.

I'd take Hiddink, Lippi, Blanc or Guardiola. I'd be reasonably happy with any of them I reckon. I don't think any of them are realistic tho. I can see us hiring straight from another PL club
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Dalglish/ Mourinho/Hiddink, with my choice being Dalglish.

Which is what I have just said in a previous post mate but obviously without your panache and flair :D

That is EXACTLY my point mate. Someone said that any other manager would have walked away. I said "from £16million"

Seriously what has Keegan ever won as a manager ?

Dalglish 3 titles with Liverpool finished second on both other occasions

2 F.A. CUPS and finalist on one other occasion

Won the league with Blackburn

Finished second with Newcastle and got them to an FA cup final.

Took over Celtic for the last few weeks of the season and won a cup with them too..... If thats what he can do when he's not bothered, lets see what he can do with a bit of motivation eh ?

He will need money to spend too mate. Do you think he can come in and get more out of the current squad? Most of our top players have said we need to strengthen so that needs to be the priority. Without that it doesn't really matter who the manager is as we won't be able to get in any top players.
