see there's a frustrating thing about carroll right there. he makes a fantastic lay off to suarez after gerrard's cross field pass, the just kind of trots off to the flank instead of tear-ársing back into the box. he really should be getting in there more often.

Happy to be in the semi final again.  Wasn't the prettiest of games, but we fully deserved it.  Carroll has learned how to pass the ball really well, and I thought Spearing was pretty decent today.

Glad to see Dawson heading back to his classic signature.
