Mignolet - 8 - great second half, almost as good as Cech, made some really good stops
Clyne - 7.5 - good game again by the lad, got up and down the pitch throughout the whole game, defended well and helped in attack
Skrtel - 8 - great game, exceptional towards the end when he saved our ***** on one or two occasions
Lovren - 7.5 - performed well again, maybe we're wrong about him
Gomez - 7 - thought the kid handled it well, being a huge game and all
Lucas - 7 - the ovation by our fans when he came off says it all
Milner - 7 - played well today, especially in the first half
Can - 7
Frimino - 6.5 - lacks a bit of match fitness and needs to get used to the league a bit more but obviously a skillful player
Coutinho - 7.5 - nothing short of what we're used to, very unlucky not to score, hitting the post and the bar
Benteke - 6 - the lad is a menace, especially in the air where he's unplayable, but should have really scored the sitter. Shouldn't have tried to lob Cech when he had better options either

Ibe - 5 - sorry lad, but you should lose your place for now, even on the bench
Rossiter - 6 - a bit odd bring in a young lad like him in this game but he didn't do much wrong and someone had to replace Lucas who was obviously tired
Moreno - N/A - shouldn't have ran into a blind alley on the counter near the end.

MINGOLET - 7 couple of good saves.
CLYNE - 7 defended very well but rarely got forward.
SKRTEL - 7 solid game.
LOVREN - 7 same as his partner.
GOMEZ - 6 odd mistake but handled the pressure well.
LUCAS - 7 great game considering he hasn't featured in the first 2 games.
MILNER - 7 beginning to think he's better off the ball.
CAN - 7 has to have given himself a good shout at starting on saturday.
FIRMINO - 6 put a shift in but tbh I was expecting him to be a little better than that.
COUTINHO - 8 MOTM by a mile. hands down the best player at the club.
BENTEKE - 7 he should have scored but overall played well. He needs better service than what he is currently getting.

ROSSITER - 6 absolutely shocked to see him come on.
IBE - 5 Lost it and gave it away far too much. Time to give Markovic a run out.

Gomez - 7 - still concerned about this lads inexperience but given the quality of the players he was up against he did very very well.
Lucas - 7 - no fuss no drama, job well done
Milner - 8 - mature performance, starting to exert more influence on the team
Can - 7 - expected a little more from him but overall a good performance
Coutinho - 9 - outstanding
Firmino - 6 - similar to Can i.e expected a bit more but did well
Benteke - 7 - Winning many headers, unfortunately they were often snuffled up by the oppo, but still a great target man, solid performance unlucky not to have scored

Subs:
Moreno - n/a hardly any time on the pitch
Rossiter - 5 - did ok but a bit of a head scratcher for me, to bring on as a sub against Arsenal is he the best our squad has to offer ?
Ibe - 5 - enthusiastic but guilty of trying to do too much , i.e running with the ball when he should have laid it off.

Rodgers - 7 - Got his tactics just about right although I think he settled for the draw a tad too early, notable that Wenger was bring on attacking options whilst Rodgers did the opposite.

Clyne - 8 - really good, solid
Skrtel - 8 - really good, solid
Lovren  - 7 - so far this season has been some solid performances, long may it continue
Gomez - 7 - Did well, gaining valuable experience every game
Lucas - 7 - did well enough
Milner - 8 - will be useful the entire season
Can - 7 - did well enough
Coutinho - 8 - did really well, just needed to put away his chances
Firmino - 7 - talented, will only get better with games
Benteke - 7 - did well, but needs to take his chances

Subs:
Rossiter - 5 - really? if he is the 1st sub then I fear for the bench
Ibe - 5 - man, he really needs to raise a level or 2, just now he doesn't look promising at all

Rodgers - 7 - did well, but we did get under a lot of pressure late in the game

Another clean sheet is nice, very important early on with all these tough games

Milner - 8  clearly he is a good addition to the team. Not silky skills but real heart and determination.

Firmino - 7 a little underwhelmed but he looks a strong player
Benteke - 7 for a big man he has skills

Ibe - 6 a bit selfish. He seems to be regressing rather than improving
Rossiter 7 thought he did well
Moreno 6 he was a little selfish on that run

Gomez - 4 - Offered little when they way we set up we need crosses from the fullbacks
Lucas - 5 - Don't see much of his fault in the game
Milner - 6 - Worked the hardest, man of the match on a terrible losing side
Can -  4 - Like I said hot and cold, unfortunately this game he was cold
Coutinho - 4 - probably could have gotten 6 but for the stupid fouls he gets a 4.
Firmino - 5 - did alright
Benteke - 5 - nothing much to do... not his fault

Moreno - 5 - came on and did much better than Gomez, should start instead of Gomez
Ibe - 4 - didn't do much... but not really his fault
Ings - 5 - huffed and puffed but  couldn't do much... Liked his run into the box...

Didn't see the game so can't comment, but I'd love to hear everyone else's views.
Didn't sound great on the radio though, Jimmy Case wasn't impressed at all.

Our tactics were all wrong, west ham were good (not brilliant), all our frailties of last season came back, very little width, horrible 2 weeks wait until we play the scum @ their place

the defensive coach (the same coach Rodgers was bragging about to the press when we had the "shut-out" run last season)  ) deserves a 0.

Mignolet - 6 Blameless ,given the performance and the scarcity of protection he was afforded by his defenders 
Clyne - 6 I think he's a top RB ,but give him the partners to shine. 
Skrtel - 4 The loose header for the Hammerz first goal was shoddy and careless and has no place in a supposedly competent defenders game.
Lovren  - 2 Oh the comedy that went into  his interpretation of a defender ,left not a dry eye in the place.   
Gomez - 4  I feel for this lad ,last week he was brilliant against the Goonerz ,today he looked like a RB /CB being asked to play LB.     
Lucas - 6 I don't blame him for considering the lure of Turkey and Besiktas rather than enduring another hapless season under this dolt.   
Milner - 5 He needs to stop believing he has the tools to play this position ,because there is only one tool who believes this to be true.
Can -  5 Baffling why he was withdrawn ,
Coutinho - 4 He struggled to exhale such was the intensity of the marking on him ,but he gave away a lot of possession   
Firmino - 5 Again mystifying why he was withdrawn when the only other inventive player had already been  dismissed 
Benteke - 5 The big man was Balotellied by the manager

Moreno - 4 Should have a been a straight swap for Gomez ,looked uncomfortable with the set up
Ibe - 4 On the day Markovic departed ,we introduced a player who in my opinion gave the Hammerz even more impetus to attack.
Ings - 7 My man of the match just for his zest  ....sad isn't it.
