Well i will say something GBYS listen lad i love Kuyt and for the work rate that he puts in an ive argued his case aswell but when it comes down to it . He is not world class not as good as Berbatov an never will be. Kuyt plays with his heart mate and thats why loads of us love him . Same as Joey Jones years ago would run his heart out and tackle anything that came near him but he wasnt world class but we still loved him. But to compere him to Berbatov is like compering Jones to Baresi

I have a guy who works under me in my sales area.

Yet..... his sales performance is below average and some of his peers do nearly double his commission

My point is this..........

I have found it very, very, hard take him to task over the sales matter and he was quite upset as he quite rightly pointed out all the above.

My reply to all of this was....

No matter, your here to sell and if cannot hit targets you will be looking for a new job next year.

Rafa - your here to manage the team and to get results so if Dirk is as bad as you all say he is on a consistent basis then its time you did what I had to and tell him to shape up or f... off.

his performance is below average, but you didnt say if he was hitting his targets? he may be hitting target but thats less than all the others

at least his commitment is better. but i dont feel its the same as with dirk.

Kuyt is not an outstanding striker or Right wing or right midfielder.
Kuyt's goal record in his second season wasnt good enough
Kuyts first touch sometimes lacks
Kuyt isnt quick
Kuyt contributed some vital goals in the CL last year and this year
Kuyt helped create a fair amount of goals last season and already this season
Kuyt defensive work and tracking back last season helped the team
Kuyt work rate has enabled the team to keep going through 90 or sometimes 120 mins by giving an outlet
Kuyt passion for the game and passion for liverpool is something other players could learn from
Kuyts game awareness is very underated
Kuyt has shown himself to be an important member for the squad and the team but shouldnt play every single game but will do until a better option is available for rafa

Yeh mate. I go on the F365 forum a bit, that's a good one, and used to be on football.co.uk a while back but that was a bit so I rarely go on now.
