I don't think Rafa has ever been one to be tempted to riches. At the time he was considering us Beskitas offered him more than what we did and he has been courted by Real on a number of occasions. He is more inclined to look at if the job is a long term project as he will obviously be uprooting his family from life in Liverpool.

but he wont be as restricted as he apparently is now when it comes to player transfers so the Juve offer might be tempting.

To be honest with Rafa even when we were playing brilliant football last season he was quick to point out that we need to improve in areas not heaping to much praise on the players and now vice versa with us playing so bad he doesn't need to be sticking the knife in when he sees that we need to build confidence.

I look at the fact that our on field performances are the worst I can remember. We're not able to string any results together, the players look lost, so does the manager.

Hence the reason why I don't think we'll finnish fourth.

I also think we are witnessing the worst football in a long time.

But I think our players and our manager are capable of coming back from that situation and play to a level of football we have known for the last years.

And that's the reason why I think we'll get in the fourth place, because playing awfully we're 3 points off that position, and because I truly think we can only improve from this position. It's difficult to play so wrong for so much time.

If the players and the manager are together, they will improve.

If Rafa has lost the trust of the players, then he should go. But I'm not aware of that and I'm not a body language interpreter.
