Gerrard was fantastic, did everything all game offensively and defensively too bad he couldn't get that goal.

who passed the ball to Keane when he crossed for Torres' first?

Wasn't it a book combination between Alonso (deep low ball), Riera, Keane (great cross) and Torres?

I've enjoyed the match a lot, and mind you, I was worried in half time because Everton were pretty solid after our pacy first 20 minutes. Torres was being well marked, Keane still seemed a bit anxious, but in the second half Torres made them pay the first two concentration mistake. A great Torres today.

Now I'm off to watch more football, but I'll see the derby again later, this time with english comments instead of Spanish.

The usual pundit commenting the games, Marcelino, who knows the premiership, says this year we seem more offensive than last, and that it seems we'll compete for the league once and for all. Hope he's right!

A week to enjoy commenting about Liverpool team I hope.

I think it was Riera, Joe.  Won the ball back with a tackle and the fed it through for Keane to run on to.

thought we passed the ball very well today. Alonso is a personal favorite and i just feel we play with a lot more control of possesion when he is about. Am loving the pressing we doing causing teams to lose the ball more often. Torres was spectacular today again could have bagged a hatrick with that phenominal strike from a CRAZY angle but good to see him scoring anyway. 3 points and top well done lads.

We wernt up to much the first half and Dossena looked like he spent it ball watching, but please people just enjoy the win.

the derby is the biggest game of the season and we feckin battered the mongrels in the end.

Dont slag off our players its not the time nor the place 3 points and bragging rights.

And loads of Evertonains walking around looking like this now :D
