While 0-0 might have done us, the mancs could afford to lose 1-0. They rested key players and they hadn't just finished playing the same top three team three times in six days. Oddly enough they played their 'European cup week' in nine days, and their struggle was in the middle game whereas we rested players.
And both Ronaldo and Rooney were on the bench against Roma, their key players. They were somewhat lucky Sunday, needed a silly handball penalty and an equally silly free kick for them to score. Although Arsenal did require handball themselves to take the lead
