A game we can't afford to lose (suppose we can't afford to lose any eh with our rivals in such good form).  Ewood Park is always a tough place to go and a draw is usually a good result.  I hope our excellent away form continues, it's the only reason why we are in a good position in the table.  Our home record is absolute cack, so unlike Liverpool.  A scrappy 1 nil to the pool will do nicely!  :buttrock

i think yes what about you?

The blackburn game is gonna be a TOUGH one, definately one im hoping masher will be back for.

Against a team like blackburn we gotta be quick. im thinking harry kewell definately, and id like to see risse out to vent some recent anger he may have at everything. If we can get a lead, i think we can hold it and thats where masher will be most dangerous. Im not sure about torres, is he fit enough? The blackburn players will definately rough him up so he would need to be 1000% ready for the game

Liverpool have to be quick so lets play Kewell and Riise, maybe I watch a different Liverpool side to you. From watching week in week out in the Kop, I see John Arne Riise as possibly to slowest person in Premiership histroy and Kewell's only just got back from injury so he's not going to be exactly storming, plus all his injuries have caused him to lose an extra yard of pace.

As for if we'll win or not, I'll say yes because I expect us to beat every side in the world home and away. Plus since it's a 5:15 kick off we'll know how the sides around us got on and know exactly what we have to do, which is win no matter what else happens
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

yeah, we always try harder when we see how other teams play ???

what i meant y the quickness, is how risse and kewell have played togetehr, the flowing football. they wont just bang it to no one, from what ive seen. of course im not there every game, but followed the team for a few months now :p

i know what u mean about risse and his pace but he just seems to speed up the game, and kewell is our best left wing option. the 2 of them compliment each other well.

I didn't say we try harder when we see how other teams play, the players will just know how the rest have got on, and should by any chance one or two of the top four drop points, it'll give us as well as Rovers the incentive to capitalise.

I always hate playing Blackburn, probably because I dont like Hughes for a start, I can't stand Robbie Savage, and I hate the "in your face" football they play, like Bolton only nastier.

Reina
Finnan  Carra  Hyypia   Arbeloa

Benayoun  Gerrard  Mascherano  Kewell

                  Crouch Babbel

Not really happy with the team I've picked but I don't fancy playing 4 -3 -3 against Blackburn

Finnan-----Carra-----Agger------Riise

Babel-----Gerrard-----Leiva------Kewell

2-0 , Gerrard and babel (kewell) to have a great game if he plays :p

This will be a tough match, no doubt about it.

The smell of all that bread baking warmly in the ovens of Ewood Park will be a major distraction.
