So why didn't I put some $$ on it 

My problem is that while Manure and Chel$ki are playing well and winning 3-0 and 5-1, we still didn't play even one game this season that we can be proud at ....
I am afraid we will find ourselves in a few weeks some 8-10 points away from first place (like we did in recent years) ...
Hope I am wrong with that ...

Chelsea were under-par, but we played average, nothing special, we did what we had to win and that was that.

Yes, we did, had Chelsea had a longer preseason would that of been the case? Maybe, Maybe not. Chelsea also had their fair share of posession, so to say we "outclassed" them is a ridiculous comment to make.
