Don't think so. United wouldn't do business with us and I think his best days are behind him. Anyway he would cost about £15m. Money that could be spent better elsewhere

get loan players,31 year olds or an inform minnow.anything to push us over the line for that precious 4th spot.and then when champions league spot is achieved the pool will be able to pic and choose who they want to buy.

DD

Think Berbatov would make a good foil for Suarez. £15 million ? If it propels us into the CL (something Carrol won't do) imo it would be money well spent

We already struggle with Carroll's lack of mobility and enthusiasm (some would say laziness).

Imagine signing someone who is intentionally this way?

No thanks

I would campaign to have KK sectioned if he even enquired about Berbatov

That's the position he's best at.  When he scored a billion goals, his position was behind their natural striker El Hamdaoui.

And please no Berbagay... c'mon.  I wouldn't touch him if he were free.

I've heard that if Milan get Tevez, they're willing to sell Pato or Robinho.  I'd love either here, especially Pato.  Not that we could get either one, but it's a nice thought :)

On the other hand we'd have an (apparently) unenthusiastic but reasonably mobile player who's actually got bags of skill.

Intentionally lazy ? maybe he just hasn't found the right club/manager but when he does.................... c'mon Thommo even you would admit the fella's got more ability  than Carrol could or will EVER muster

Woof youre flogging a dead duck here
I wouldnt touch Berbatov with a curtain pole. He might have more skill than Carroll but he is a waster and a money grabber as far as I can see. Moody and sulky is not what we need.

I can't believe that you people are even having a conversation about Berbatov, never mind suggesting that he should be wearing a Liverpool jersey.

i did not like Robinho, attitude issue and too much in the mould like Suarez, i hate to admit it - we need someone like Judas 1, Folwer or Judas 2.

They will never ever let go of Pato, he's their most important player...

We need someone like little pea, cheap, young, enthusiastic, some ball skills with a knack for scoring goals.

No more Lazy players, we have the quota filled already.
