i dont get this modern trend of playing players on the opposite side

ei duff on the right

adam johnson on the right

aaron lennon on the left

glenn johnson on the left

yeah but his role as defensive mid,is to break up, hary, knick balls, intercept

Miereles Has slowed down a bit and Gerrard isn't getting as involved as we need him. He's playing deeper and when we have the ball we have trouble getting him involved. When they have it they just avoid him. Poulson having trouble keeping up on one on ones. Our whole midfield just isn't doing it right now.

We looked good, but just didnt get that final pass in at all that half.
