Unlike our current soon-to-be-ousted owners, this group has an admirable track record, a successful blueprint to follow. It's encouraging too that redsox fans and the wider baseball fraternity speak of them as sensible, clued up people - more Obama than Bush,more Bad Bob than Heimdall - aware of what's required to restore the club to its former glories. It remains to be seen whether they can actually deliver but on the face of it they look a capable bunch.

One thing you, John Henry (wasnt that a John Wayne film?) and other portentially interested Red Sox fans needs to be aware of is we´ve been raped by Hicks and Gillett and at best JH will get a mooted reception until his integrity and sincerity are demonstrated through actions.
