Apart from being told last night we are already in administration someone on RAWK posted this and to me it hits the nail the the head.

The way I see it is this:
The Yanks are struggling to find a buyer at the price they want. They have a clear number in mind, in terms of profit from their dealings with LFC.
They took out loans from their own holding companies against the club, at 10% interest rate.
The only other way to make money from the club, is to recall those loans and all the interest. At the moment, it isn't doable because they've raped us so badly there's nothing left in the pot.
However, we do still have something which means we won't go into liquidation - saleable assets. Torres, Gerrard, Reina, Mascherano, Johnson, Agger, Aquilani, Benayoun... each player sold, will bring a better look to the cash flow situation at the club. If this is done repeatedly over the summer, it'll start to stockpile. The club will be cash-rich, but asset-poor.
If the club is cash-rich, the horrible, odious, thieving rapist Yankcan recall the loans and make money from the club.
I do think it's their intention to leave before the year is out - I just think they plan on driving us completely into the ground first, stripping away every single saleable asset in their quest for blood money.
The only person who can stop this from happening this summer is the one person who is contracted to have the last say on all transfers - Rafa Benitez. They need to remove him in order for the wheels to start turning. Hence, a £3m outlay is miniscule, in comparison to what they hope to achieve afterwards, should it be accepted.
Right now, the only person who can stop these leeches from succeeding and setting our club back another 20 years, is the man in charge. He's a dignified man, and certainly no quitter. He's been offered many a way out over the past few years, but he's stuck to his guns. I firmly believe he's done that for the fans, and because he respects the proud tradition of the club.
I honestly couldn't blame him if he walked away. He could leave now, with his head held high and would be respected by all for the job he's done here, the European nights, the trophies, and the way he's staved off the cancer for so long.
If he's still here at the start of next season, then make no odds about it, the man is a hero. In fact, beyond that, he will be a martyr. He will be letting his personal stock fall, by managing a team with fewer resources than ANY of those he's 'expected' to challenge with, operating at a massive loss, selling players to stay in existence... and if it happens, he'll be doing it simply because he understands the repercussions of him walking away.
In reality, he's been doing the very same for the last 2 years.
I only pray that he'll do it for at least one more.
Rafa Benitez, PLEASE tell them to feck right off.
