What an opportunity lost...
If some of the whinge committee on here were consistent, they would be tearing Klopp apart.
Newcastle were there for the taken...

They run more, wanted the ball more, passed better, taking every second ball in middle of the park...some day the stars just won't aligned  :0

Agreed, but awforfukssake anyway!
I was so optimistic about gaining points over Citeh, Spurs and ManUre, was really looking forward to this game, but "It's all gone horribly wrong".
Hopefully just a hiccup (again). Let's try to stay optimistic lads.

How does one justify the cautious approach against probably the worst team in the league; short on goals, confidence and pretty much everything else...

Its the same cautious ***** Klopp pulls at Anfield that he's now taken to the road...

This is just sickening!

Can't blame Klopp, big players didn't show up today (Benteke, Milner, Firminio) Ibe's final ball was poor all game. Lucas, Allen, Skrtel, Lovren all put shifts in. Really missed Coutinho and Can.

What a over confident ***** i really am. Gutted. That was a nothing performance, just pedestrian.  Looked like we thought we could rock up at 50% performance and win. I hope JK lays into them after that. Shambles

I dont think can or coutinho would have made a button of difference to that today. we were completely outfought and outplayed - we hardly had a ball in the box never mind a shot on target.

Yeah he may have been a bit too clever today.  Our midfield was non existent today.

I really think when Hendo gets back to full fitness he'll really help.  We also missed Can today.  Firmino was a ghost.  Offered zero.

Dust off and get ready for a busy month and a half.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

At 1 nil down we score a great goal from Moreno which is chalked off, if that is given things will be different, their heads will drop and we will step it up

Lets blame the ref not our manager !

Gutted !

I think many of us had a sneaking feeling this wouldn't be the walkover many were predicting.

Jammy goal for the bar codes settled the game but in truth they created far more opportunities than we did.

Sh*t Happens    :(

We move on   :buttrock

Naaaah, come on lads.
Yes, it's a big opportunity missed, as so many of the higher clubs dropped points, but there is a bright side...... If City, Spurs and United had all won, they'd have stretched another 3 points over us, Spurs and ManUre only got one more and City have just kept the same gap.
Thing I can't understand is how the likes of ManU can be utter garbage and still grind out a draw. We just can't seem to get away with doing that.
We looked poor today, I hope this serves as a wake-up call.
