Very poor first half that

Benteke not great with Firmino nowhere near close enough to him

Sort them out Klopp !

Keep playing this way and we will lose to a sucker punch goal...Firmino contributed nothing and we do not have any penetration down the centre of the field.

Sturridge --> Firmino
Lallana --> Allen

Halftime rating..

Milner 3 - his first touch and been non existent, he's been bullied off the ball on about 3 occasions, his passing has been atrocious.. and he looks 5 yards off of the pace.

Need to get Sturridge and Lallana on for Benteke and Milner, I had a funny feeling we'd play like this as soon as I saw yesterday's results.

Milner looks knackered. Get him off.

Benteke isn't showing enough for the ball. Needs to move more.

Firmino has been ineffective but with more movement around him he'd be better I think.

Agree get Lallana and Sturridge on.

Think we've played down to Newcastle's level. Lots of scrapping and no real quality.

Most disappointing of all we haven't even tested the Bar Codes Keeper.

Wondering if Benteke is actually a "fit" for the team.

Maybe a rotation too far, protecting against fatigue and potential injury than picking the best team.

Benteke is kryptonite to the way this team moves and can express itself but is capable of just hammering one in now and then from nothing.

Really poor first half and must do better.

The problem is Benteke is too static and doesn't make runs behind the defenders for balls to be threaded thru to him, hence easily defended against
