Good run around for the lads, we progress next Norwich.

We created a few chances in the first half and probably should have scored but it had a slow pre-season feel. Tempo was much better in the second half. Really hope we get to see more of Elliot on the right hand side of midfield, especially against park the bus teams.

Just poor finishing. Cardiff played well but we should have scored a couple and put the game to bed. Minamino's short comings glossed over again by a goal. He fails to create space.

A good win, after all, a better second half with good three goals especially by Elliott, so happy for that kid, however, very disappointed with the passenger Firmino for giving the ball away that led to Cardiff's goal, Keita was very poor too.
