LIVERPOOL V SOUTHAMPTON

MINGOLET - 6 did okay, didn't exactly cover himself in glory with the goal though
CLYNE - 5 I know i've said this a few times but I'm not convinced about this lads ability on the ball, great recovery tackle late on though
SKRTEL - 7 one of our better performers on the day
SAKHO - 6 the big fella was a bit shakey today I thought
MORENO - 6 did okay, like Clyne pulled off a superb Mark Lawrenson style recovery tackle in the 2nd half
LUCAS - 7.5 my MoM, fine performance
CAN - 6 did okay
MILNER - 6 same as Can, puts in a shift but lacks a bit of quality
COUTINHO - 5 going through arguably his worst spell in the 3 years he's been at the club.
LALLANA - 6 the usual from him, lots of effort and nice touches but very little end product
ORIGI - 4 anonymous really

MINGOLET - 6 should have been on his line for that goal.
CLYNE - 5 Gave it away too much
SKRTEL - 7 made some good challenges.
SAKHO - 7 he always looks shakey but was good today.
MORENO - 5 terrible crossing but cracker of a challenge to deny mane even if it was rash.
LUCAS - 7 played very well
CAN - 6 loads of power but needs more to his game.
MILNER - 4 runs and runs but little else. No where near good enough.
COUTINHO - 5 He's is sinking in all the shight surrounding him.
LALLANA - 4 Joke of a player and definitely one of the 2 thinking of coming out next year  :nod  as an Alpaca.
ORIGI - 4 How the fook did he get a game at a World Cup.

BENTEKE - 7 fantastic goal and he worked his socks off. Needs another alongside him to feed off and lay on.
FIRMINO - 5 How much did we pay for him ?
IBE - N/A only a few mins but still used them chasing shadows.

Simon Mignolet - 5 - If we are to move on to the next level he needs to be replaced, bogdan is not the answer either
Nathaniel Clyne - 5 - another poor game, 3 in a week now
Martin Skrtel – 5 - average, typical Skrtel, another like Mignolet who is not quite good enough
Mamadou Sakho – 6 - not at his top level, but still looked our best defender at the club
Alberto Moreno – 8 - thought he had a really good game, that one saving tackle was sublime, love how he has turned things around with hard work
Lucas Leiva – 7 - had a good game
Emre Can – 5 - bit of a headless chicken in this one, plenty of running and heart but not much to show for it, guilty of giving the ball away a lot
James Milner - 6 - excellent cross for the goal, apart from that there was plenty of fight as usual but not much else
Adam Lallana – 5 - well the boss seems to like him, not so sure myself, not convinced he is good enough for a starting position
Philippe Coutinho – 4 - really poor game, his performances have been dropping every match, this was possibly as ineffective as i have seen him
Divock Origi – 3 - very very poor

Subs...

Christian Benteke - 7 - took his goal really well, he is defo a goal scorer, he has shown that already, hoping he can stay fit and push on
Roberto Firmino - 7 - looked decent when he came on, was a vast improvement on Coutinho and Lallana
Jordan Ibe - n/a

Mignolet - 6 stopped the shots you'd expect him to stop, his distribution is improving aswell.

Clyne - 5 looked nervous all game, probably because it was his old club he was playing against.

Skrtel - 6 blocked a couple of decent shots, and won most of his duels.

Sakho - 6 looked erratic at times but always managers to recover from his errors.

Moreno - 6 looked good first half, but he has to work on his finishing and final ball now he's got licence to get forward

Lucas - 6.5 played well, but felt the pressure late on.. gave away a few silly freekicks in dangerous areas.

Can - 6 not sure if Cans gonna be the answer to the CM problem. He overuns the ball way too often and gets caught out of position alot.

Milner - 6 he did what was expected..

Lallana - 5 he's been playing well recently but he was well off the pace all game for me.

Coutinho - 5 he played ok but his form has dipped badly. I thought he'd shine under a manager like Klopp.

Origi - 3 touched the ball 13 times in 45 minutes..

Subs.

Benteke - 7 made a presence upfront and got rewarded with the goal.

Firmino - 6 made a couple of good dribbles that opened play up. Think he'll blossom under Klopp.

Ibe - 5 didn't have time to make a impact.

MINGOLET - 6 solid apart from the bad positioning for the goal
CLYNE - 6 slightly off the boil
SKRTEL - 7 the ever dependable, mistake once in a while, martin skrtel
SAKHO - 7.5 his sometimes awkward looking style belies what a good defender he is
MORENO - 5 one good tackle, innumerable wasted opportunities
LUCAS - 7 played very well
CAN - 5 i still like him and have high hopes for him. but he's playing a bit krap and needs to be more calm.
MILNER - 5 its james milner everybody.
COUTINHO - 5 i applaud his selfless efforts to make barcelona forget about him
LALLANA - 7 i guess i'm in the minority that thinks lallana is playing well.
ORIGI - 5 what a divock

BENTEKE - 7 scored a goal. looked like he wanted more.
FIRMINO - 6 made a difference, though not a huge one.
IBE - n/a did he touch the ball?

Simon Mignolet - 6 - Same old Mignolet, at least hes a bit steadier these days
Nathaniel Clyne - 6 - Think hes been getting some harsh treatment from fans on yesterdays performance, he had a solid game
Martin Skrtel – 6 - Did ok, a few rash moments as usual
Mamadou Sakho – 7 - Few shakey moments but is really starting to become the backbone of our defence and he passes well from the back
Alberto Moreno – 6 -  Lack of of end product and still suspect defensively, but got up and down really well and performed an excellent last ditch tackle that was vital
Lucas Leiva – 6 - The definition of average, did well off the ball and pressed well but hopeless with the ball, literally can perform 5 yard sideways passes
Emre Can – 5 - Headless chicken, plenty of unproductive running
James Milner - 6 - excellent cross for the goal, apart from that there was plenty of hardwork but he lacks quality, especially to play in the middle
Adam Lallana – 5 - All flash with no substance, really losing my patience with him
Philippe Coutinho – 5 - Having a real slump in form, maybe the burden of being the only real creative outlet is getting to him, he needs some support
Divock Origi – 4 - This guy isn't a striker

Subs...

Christian Benteke - 7 - took his goal well and was a good outlet, although i don't like that as soon as he comes on everyone starts hoofing it
Roberto Firmino - 7 - looked lively when he came on, was a bug improvement on Coutinho and Lallana
Jordan Ibe - n/a

migs - 6 - didnt have much to do really, could have done better on the goal, but so could our defenders
clyne - 6 - no attack, but defensively sound
skrtle - 5 - rank
sakho - 7 - leader of our defense
moreno - 6 - the guy is a winger, nice tackle on mane, but not a good defender and no positioning
lucas - 6.5 - break up play is good, thats it
can - 6 - not a good game from him, not a bad one either
milner - 5 - *****
lallana - 6 - works hard, *****
coutinho - 5 - form slump
origi - 4 - poor, poor game

subs

benteke - 7 - great goal, nice runs, hold up play very good, lost points for losing a header to gaston f*cking ramirez for the goal
firmino - 7 - came on and looked so sharp, start him this week

LIVERPOOL V BOURNEMOUTH

BOGDAN - 8 really impressive, pulled off a couple of great saves
RANDALL - 5 started a bit iffy but grew into the game second half
TOURE - 6 did well while he was on but seems to get injured every time he laces up a pair of boots these days.
LOVREN - 7 had a decent game I thought
CLYNE - 7 better at left back than right back.
ALLEN - 6 did okay
BRANNIGAN - 6 tidy in possession and worked hard, good debut
IBE - 7 much more like his old self
TEXIERA - 7 being uber critical he can be a bit sloppy in possession some times but the lad has a touch of class about him
FIRMINO - 8 he looked like the player we thought we were getting tonight
ORIGI - 5 his best moments came when he was out wide, imo Jurgen should convert him into a wide forward

BOGDAN - 8.5 - Thought he was brilliant. Would like him to get a game in the prem against a crappy team to give Migs some real competition.
RANDALL - 6 - Good debut, looked overawed, but grew into the game
TOURE - 5 - Gets injured every game. Bring Ilori back.
LOVREN - 7 - Decent game
CLYNE - 7.5 - Handy LB, looked more comfortable
ALLEN - 5.5 - Average
BRANNIGAN - 6 - Young kid with heaps of enthusiasm, will be a player to watch.
IBE - 7 - Good game, needed a decent run and got it. There is a player in there waiting to be unlocked.
TEXIERA - 8.5 - Class act. His back heel was cheeky. Give him some more games as he cant play Europa.
FIRMINO - 9 - Absolute worldy tonight. Deserved a goal or 2.
ORIGI - 6 - Not what we need up fromnt.

Subs

Skrtle - 6 - Same old Skrtle
Lucas - 6 - Came on a sured up the midfield.
Lallana - N/A -
